Driving test

Published by susie34668 at 11:33 am under Uncategorized Edit This

We had the vehicle and it was time to take our American driving test.  We had British licenses and also International ones.

I found the questions very easy as they were multiple choice.

When it came to the driving I hadn’t driven the truck before.  The test was just around the D of T building, and a parallel park, which took less than 5 minutes.

When I was told that I had passed my exam I questioned the examiner and he stated that he knew that I could drive.  He just assumed that the vehicle was new to me, which of course it was.

This was great because our car insurance was $1,000 instead of $2,000 if we didn’t have Florida licenses.  Remember this was back in 1998.
