We were so lucky because back in 1988 the housing market was booming in England and we were able to get top price for our home.  One of the cars and the motorcycles sold really quickly but other items really dragged.

 We planned on a date in July, but hubby had to stay to finalize the house and sell the contents.

My daughter was already over here and it was great being with her.  Hubby continued selling and then literally giving brand new items away because it would have been too costly to bring them here.

He was unable to sell the other car so that was left with his daughter to sell on our behalf.
